- Will my prints look just like the images in the
storefront?
Images in the storefront are, for the most part,
unretouched and uncropped. All final images will be corrected for
color and exposure. Some galleries have fee schedules which
include retouching (such as Family Portraits and Senior Portraits).
All galleries will give you the opportunity to crop the images to
your own liking during the checkout process. Please don't attempt
to make a large print from a very small portion of the image. All
orders are reviewed by studio personnel before being sent on to the
lab.
- I can't see my expression well enough in the
storefront image.
If you would like to see an image larger, you
can slide your cursor over the image and choose the size that you would
like to see.
- I don't get it. How do I buy an image that I
like?
To place an order for an image that you like, click
on the "Buy" button to the right of the image. Select "This Photo"
to order from just that image, or if packages are available in the fee
schedule for that gallery, you can choose "Photo Package".
- Whoops! I look really goofy in one of the
images. Can you remove it from the gallery?
If you ever see an image of you or your family that you would like to
have removed from a gallery, or if you would just like to add a comment
about the picture, you can use the "Add Comment" link at the bottom of
the page. Comments will be visible to others viewing the gallery.
- What if I don't like my final print?
Online orders are shipped directly from the lab
to your home. While we have developed confidence in the labs
that we use to provide you with a great product, you are the final judge
of the final print. If you ever receive a print that you are not
happy with, please contact us and we will have it reprinted.
